Maildrop and Entourage - Fail Log On

I have installed the Maildrop app and obtained a token.

When I try and use it from the Entourage Script screen using email address + token and my password, it reports:

INVALID_LOGIN:Invalis username or password or locked out. see attached

Please can you advise.

The security token goes after the PASSWORD not the USER NAME.

Enter your user name just as you would normally... jdoe@domain.com.

Then, type your regular password in the password field immediately followed by the (pasted or typed) security token.

That oughta do it ... good luck.

Can you please advise me where I get the security token from? And do I have to enter it each time I open entourage and try to add email using Mail Drop? The first few times I was able to log in on Safari to Salesforce and then simply open Entourage and add emails. Then suddenly I got the error message about Fail Log On. That is why I'm now asking about this security token thing. Any advise would be appreciated.
