Sync services for iCal

Hello all,
I want to make Sync Services for iCal.Currently i want to read and write the changes in iCal using Sync Service.please give an idea about this.

I created a workaround using MobileMe.  Here is what I did...

I have a PC desktop at home with Outlook on it.  So I used the Outlook Connect addon from SF.

Then I setup the PC desktop as a computer that syncs with my MobileMe acccount for Calendar and Contacts.  So now the Outlook Calendar on my Outlook syncs thru MobileMe to my MacBook Pro and my iPhone.

Pretty sweet!

I hope that explains how I solved the problem.  If not, tell me where I can make it clearer.

Why don't you just use SF3, which will sync directly between salesforce & iCal ?

It would seem that API access is required for SF3 (EE) and we use PE. Or am i wrong.

You are correct, however the next version of SF3 will support PE users

My company just started using SF so we are on Group until we are certain that our salesforce will adopt this technology.

All of that to say, Group doesn't sync with iCal so I got creative and came up with this work around. It is now working for our other Mac users.
