dgerber Post emails to Open Activities, instead of Activity History on a contact record
I am using Maildrop, which is posting sent and received emails to the Activity History as a completed task.
I would much prefer to post them to Open Activities.
Is there some way of doing this?

Best Answer chosen by Admin (Salesforce Developers) After the activity is created you would have to edit it to change its status from completed back to open (or some other state that's not closed). You can't control this from maildrop.
