Duplicating Contacts

I have approx 37 contact that are duplicating when syncing with SF3 has happened twice in the last week or so.

 

Thoughts?

Can you expand some more, are they being duplicated on both ends, just one end? how many duplicates?

There are 37 contacts, random as far as I can tell.  Not 100% positive, but believe they are coming from SF3 to Salesforce.  Does not happen every time, in fact only twice in the last two weeks.  Has not repeated today.

Did happen again, and I know know the user it's happening on.  This time I have "duplicates" of the duplicates.  i.c. 2 each Paul Johnson.  In Salesforce there are now three of him, the original and two added yesterday.

 

I've turned of SF3 on the work station that I believe they are coming from.

The log (it should still be available via the console app) should have more info about what's going on.
