I can't see the error picture. Also, can you post what verison of maildrop & osx you're using.
Thanks Simon, and sorry for the delay.
OSX 10.6.4
Mail Drop 2.7
Error Message I have retyped from the image
Error executing apple script
script/Applications/Maildrop.app//Contents/
Resources/mail scripts/Add email to Salesforec.com.scpt
error {

cmb is not defined.";
NSAAppleScriptErrorMessage = "The variable cmb is
not defined.";
NSAAppleScriptErrorNUmber = -2753;
NSAppleScriptErrorRange = NSRange: {2539,3};
}
Sorry to chase Simon any ideas?

You said they were using Outlook, but that's the mail script, not outlook. does the outlook icon appear in the maildrop toobar ?
Sorry I had them switch to Mac Mail and test, same problem.
The icon is the mac mail icon.
Is it worth updating to the latest OSX version?
So not using Outlook 2011 at all then? can you detail how your mac mail is configured (number & types of mailboxes etc)
No.
Leave it with me I will use team viewer to connect and have a look around.
Is there anything I can do to solve, worth upgrading to the latest version of OSX?
Cheers

I tracked down a 10.5 machine, and see the same error, if you're on 10.5, them moving to 10.6 should fix it.
There on 10.6.4?
I will upgrade to 10.6.6 and have a look around.
Thanks again Simon.
