Coerce error in VF page

I am getting this error in my Visual force page:

Cannot coerce from class core.apexpages.el.adapters.ApexObjectValueELAdapter to class core.apexpages.el.adapters.metadata.ApexObjectValueMetadataELAdapter

It was all working fine in the developer sandbox. 

 

when migrated to other sandbox, the above error shows up.

 

Any idea anyone?
