done that. it is not recognising new user name although the log in works in salesforce. i can not see where to reset a new user name.do i also need a new token ?
what do you mean by "not recognising". just type the new username into the username box. Depending on the config of your new username, yes, you may also need a security token with your password.
i have fixed the problem by requesting another security log in token from salesforce. once activated the new user name works with Maildrop log in . suggest this small but important point is added to the help menu in MailDrop.
goto the file menu and pick Login.
