How do i order the Tab Position in salesforce.

If you mean the order of Tabs along the top of the application, Go to:

 

Setup -> App Setup - > Create -> Apps

 

Click the Edit button next to your App

 

In the Selected Tabs section, select a Tab and use the Up/Down button to change the order.
