can i edit VF page which i included in CUstom object page layout?

hi

   I have scenario like i'm take values(from text field) from one master object and making Picklist in child object using VF, but when i edit Child object the VF pgae content ll not seen in that, the content seen only after saving the record, can we make this VF page editable in child objects page layout?//

Your requirements are not very much clear. Can you elaborate more?

I ve included a VF page in normal object layout to see a picklist, but the VF page componets are only visible after the saving of normal pagelayout in which we included VF....
