sort on related list

Hi.

anyone knows how to do a sort on a related list in a visualforce page?

Hi,

 

It is not possible to sort the related list in VisualForce page.

 

For your information, Sorting order of the related list is based on the sorting order of the related list of the corresponsing page.

 

For eg. If you are displaying an Account and contacts related to the Account, Sorting of contact is taken from the corresponding page layout of the account.

i know that the sort is make on the page layout. i had my related list sort througt date in page layout SF but when i generate visualforce page in .pdf.. doesnt appear with that order..

 

i want to know if with a component or something like that i can sort the information to appear equal
