Attachment in html

Hi!

i have an issue on html template email.

when i put a attachment (pdf or a image) on the html template email and do a mass email, the attachment goes on html..

 

This is normal?

Yes, this is normal SFDC functionality.

 

From the docs,

Attachments in mass emails are sent as links rather than as physical files. When recipients click the attachment link in the email, the attachment opens in a separate Web browser, and they can download the file. Attachments sent as links are stored for 30 days.

i thought that im doing something wrong because when you simulate, the attachment comes correct but when you do the mass email the attachment comes in html.
