I am looking to develop Knowledge Base for mobile using Visualforce. Can you help me to some good stuff (links, docs etc.) with regard to this? Also, is it possible in first place?

I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to do this. I doubt you'd be able to get the same user experience on a mobile device as the knowledgebase article pages are pretty javascript intensive.
