hiii all

i have a dev account... am when am tryng to login it is admistrator locked ....

am only the administrator for that instance...and when tryng to reset the password..no response mail from salesforce..what should i do.....???we have many apps dumped in that.


i need it urgent can anyone help me in ths...


Raise a case with salesforce support - they've unlocked stuff like that for me in the past as long as its not a production account.





when am trying to reset the password am not gettng any response mail from salesforce.

Its giving message like admistrator has locked the account .am only the adminstrator for that instance.


Raise a case via support@salesforce.com or support@emea.salesforce.com.
