Live agent is not working in IE

Hi,

 

I have encountered an issue with Live Agent.

 

It is not working in IE, in other browsers it is working well. is this bug or something?

It was a issue of auto generated javascript.

 

We have used javascript timing events to solve this issue.

 

We have solved it.

SFDC recommend using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 for Live Agent. Which version are you using?

It is not working in IE 7 and IE 8

SFDC recommends it should work in IE8. You want to try in IE 9 ?

I have not tried in IE 9.

But i will try and update you on this

It does not work on IE8 or IE9. waiting for SF support to fix the issue.

I am able to use live chat in IE8 and IE9 on our won company website...  When we use it in a customer portal where clients log in, it does not work....  I am trying to determine if it is a security setting with regards to IE...

It is with IE security settings. I have made the zone changes to use INTERNET zone in IE and it starts working. Weird.
