Making a new site without Salesforce in background

When I'm creating a site, how do I make it a blank white page instead of having the Salesforce template?

Not sure if this is what you are after with so little detail in your question but the below work book is great for explaining how to make your page completely naked. If the below helps then please do the entire workbook below.

Below are some of the commands that will clean all the Salesforce stuff off you page and the workbook shows many more.

 

sidebar="false"
showHeader="false"
Add standardStylesheets="false"

 

and this is an example of how the format will look....
