Time incorrect on sites

Hi

I have a time & date field set up in a custom object, it works fine.  however when I use the field in a VF page & publish onto my site it sets the time back by an hour ie 21:00 (time in SF field) appears as 20:00.  Its the same in chrome & firefox but ok when viewed as a VF page in SF.

Help !!

site by defaults site guest user's time zone. You can set it to the desired tome zone

site details page > public acces settings> view users > edit > save

in this way you can change the site default language, locale, email address as well.

What happens if you have a site that's viewed in multiple locations around the world and you want the time to reflect the time zone that the guest user is viewing the site from? Is there an easy way to handle such a requirement?

Thanks!
