How to turn off Email & phone validation code in Salesforce account

I need to remove Email and phone verification code in my account so please give detais in step by step procedure

You need to set IP ranges for the profie (ex:system administrator)
setup->administration setup->manage users->profile->select system admin profile->login ip ranges->add new
start ip- 0.0.0.0
end IP - 255.255.255.255

You will not get the verification after done the above changes

Deactivate Phone verification - setup->app setup->Critical updates-> deactivate phone verification

When i use the start ip and end ip specified by you i am getting an error
Error: The range specified is too large

I think you are adding IP ranges under Security Controls -> Network Access -> Trusted IP Ranges.
Add the IP range at Profile Level. Please see the path below.
Profiles -> System Administrator -> Login IP Ranges
