Hello everyone!

I am having an issue when trying to edit the item

Unified Link 1

The guide Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language asks to do the following:

Captura de pantalla 2024-12-12 104857.pngWhen I try to do it, it does not allow me to select the value "default" in the Data Space field.

If anyone had the same issue and managed to solve it, it would be very helpful for me to complete this path.

 Thank you very much!

@Ezequiel Moyano okay, while waiting for a response from the support team, let's double-check one more thing.

In this topic, there are 4 Challenges. The Challenge where you are encountering an error is Challenge #3.

If you completed the first 2 challenges outside of this SF Org, it might be the reason for the error. Each subsequent Challenge builds on the previous one, so all Challenges should be completed in the same SF Org.

Hi All,    I am taking my first few steps in the world of CRMA and need help in creating a calculation in CRMA.  I have attached the sample data set ( this is the final dataset that I have built via a recipe) on which I want to create a dashboard.  I am looking to create a calculated field called "Total Revenue". As per the logic total revenue should be    Sum of (Order quantity (column c) * product price per unit (column e)).  I can easily do this calculation in Tableau or PowerBi but not understanding how to replicate the same in CRMA.     Kindly help

This is indeed an easy task - even if you have several ways to do it.

My preferred way would be to use a transformation within a recipe to calculate the revenue per data row. This is as simple as creating a custom formula within a transform node like "Order_Quantity" * "Product_Price_per_unit".

As soon as you have that, you can use this new measure in a query and apply the sum() aggregation to this new field to calculate the Total Revenue.

    Hope this helps ...

In trying to 'Connect Playground' in one of the Agentforce projects I've completed, a technical bug is creating a loop that brings me to a login screen which should prompt me to allow certain permissions and settings for Trailhead to connect to my playground once I'm logged in. I logged in to this playground and complete the project requirements of the Trailhead project, but when trying to verify completion, the login screen that follows 'Connect Playground' just brings me back to the Trailhead project screen again where I continue to see 'Connect Playground'. Essentially, the 'Connect Playground' button is not working.

El ejercicio esta completo sin errores pero el ejercicio me aparece como no valido.

Ya lo intente en dos playgrounds distintos y el problema persiste

I ended up creating a formula field for "TODAY" then creating another formula # field using ISOWEEK - This gave me what week in the year we were at in the report, then I just did the total record count divided by that number to get my average record count per week.

I've seen the field update from process is happening via SOAP API call, which is mentioned in the order of execution.

Let say I've created a record. Its executes trigger

and then workflow update fires trigger.

After this the prcoess fire an field update on same record

I checked this field update is getting updated through SOAP API call and I've placed a workflow with evaluation criteria as such, that will fire after the process.

Does this mean that process field update will send the controller back to Step 2 in order of execution and this will follow the order of execution with same context?

The error you're encountering in CRM Analytics when trying to create the Wealth Management app is related to missing or inaccessible fields and objects for the Integration User. The issue is similar to how certain features or items in Worms Zone mod APK may be restricted or hidden unless specific conditions are met.

To resolve the issue, you should check the following:

Field and Object Visibility: Ensure that the Integration User has the correct permissions to access the CampaignMember, CampaignId, Type, Opportunity, Event, and Task objects and fields. Review the field-level security settings for these fields and objects.

Object Accessibility: Verify that the objects (e.g., CampaignMember, Campaign) are present in your Salesforce org and accessible by the Integration User. You may need to modify profile or permission set settings.

Field Deprecation: Confirm that none of the fields mentioned (like CampaignId or Type) have been deprecated or removed. If they have, you may need to adjust the data model or use newer fields.

Data Requirements: Make sure your org meets the minimum data requirements for the Wealth Management template, as missing or inaccessible data nodes will prevent the app from being created.

By fixing the permissions and ensuring data accessibility, you should be able to create the Analytics app successfully, similar to resolving limitations in a modded game.

So I have a simple API that is connected to a very old unchangeable system. That old system uses a badly designed ID that can change over time. On our Account object we save that ID and update it when it changes and save historical tracking of the field over time.

Now with the API they are wanting to ask us about the account on a given date but the date they give us may contain that field's historical values as the ID it sends. Getting the ID and information seems to be hard with the h.FIELD and I am curious how to accomplish this because they do not nor can they have the Account ID only this other field.

So the question is how do I get this field we will call SPS_ID from the API call to get the info looked up correctly? They might ask for the SPS_ID that is 2, and the current SPS_ID is 3 but 6 months ago it was 2, how do get that API request that is going to use an old SPS_ID # and figure out that it is in fact the Account that now has SPS_ID 3. I know that h.SPS_ID exists but it returns in a format that makes looking this up and using it as a problem as SOQL has no real join, so I am just trying to figure out the best way to get the API request that may or may not be a historical SPS_ID number or current one and figure out what account it goes to so I can send related data back.
