Rich Text Area automatically Archive/transfer text to Notes and Attachments

How do you archive text from a Rich Text Box automatically transfer to Notes and Attachments (related list).

Description Field: Account Update:

After line 25, text automatically, on weekly basis, to be transferred to "notes and attachments".

It seems like you can use the apx scheduler to truncate the text field from rich-text field and create a Note record for this extra text . and after that you can schedule this apex scheduler on weekly basis.
