Regarding the branded URL with Https

Hi,

 

We are planning to use force.com sites for my company website.

 

I know we can use the branded URL but my question is can I get the branded URL with https?

 

I need to get the https, suppose if I get the URL with https then do I see any force.com name in the URL like secure.force.com or not?

Yes if you use https you will see https://xyz.secure.force.com

 

If Salesforce would need to brand your full https, that would mean that we would also need to host your server SSL certificate for that domain (with your public and private key). We don't do that today.
