2 pages, 2 sites, same page name

Hello,

I'd like to enable 2 different pages, having the very same page Name, in 2 different public sites:

 

www.site1.it/productnameA

 

www.site2.de/productnameA

 

That's because of some marketing requirements.

 

 

I'm afraid I can't do that because I would need 2 VF pages with the same Name, and that cannot be done.

Any workaround?

You can't create two visualforce pages with the same name. In the future you will be able to do this via the URL re-writing feature we are working on but it's not available now.

 

However, you can have the page behave differently based on the site path {!$Site.Prefix}. so you can use the same page on both site but the content would be dynamic based on domain name or site path.
