How to enable Sites on older developer account?

I've got a ~6 month old developer account that I'd like to enable Sites on.  I've tried some of the older links I found on the discussion board, but they didn't seem to do anything.

I just tried to add sites to my old account using the links,  I didn't work.  Does it take some time to get it enabled or instantenous ?

Hi Bulent,

 

I have also been trying for the same for quite some time now, I have tried to enable sites on my dev. org twice, everytime it says it has been done but I do not see the link when I log in.

 

Can I also send my dev org. email ID to you?

It's my turn to ask for help. "http://developer.force.com/iwantsites" doesn't seem to enable sites for my DE either. Who do I ask to turn it on?
