I need a clarification on chatter plus .
I would like to see all chatter plus (account users) in lookup field which held in custom object or standard object.Is it possible ? if possible then How?
Please Help Me In This Area.

You can query users based on their profileid on the User object to obtain a list of Chatter Free users. Not sure what you mean about storing that on a custom object though.

let me explain
i created a object called temp in that i created a lookup (users) field .Here i want to select chatterplus accounts as we select standard users.
is it possible ? then How?

I think I ran into this same thing before, but never got resolution. I think he is simply saying that users with a Chatter Plus license type did not show up on any lookup field that "looks-up" on Users.
I think I also noticed that Chatter Free users did not show up....but that really did not surprise me.
