problems with chatter external
is anyone missing licenses for Chatter External?
When I add external customers to a private customer group, those external customers can see my internal staff Chatter Profiles.
I don't want them to be able to see those.
My account exec keeps sending my the same B.S. directions that I have already followed.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Chatter customer can only access the profiles of users who are in the same customer group.
On the user's profile page, chatter customer can't see any post.

Yes,
that is the case.
I created a new group, and my Chatter Free user could not see into that group.
I hate the fact that Chatter Free (external customers) can see my staff profile listings.
I guess this is the social aspect of things?
I'd rather external users not see who is in the company, tho!
Unfortunately, I only have Chatter Free, no Chatter External.

So I am stuck, it's been 2 weeks now, emailing back and forth with him.
I repeat, no Chatter External licenses in my system!
check Administration Setup -> Company Profile -> Company Information -> User Licenses
I guess you will find 500 Chatter External Licenses there.
Like I said,
there are no Chatter External Licenses in my org.
Just Chatter Free.

. Can I do universal search (profiles, groups, posts, files...) like in Chatter Plus?
. Does Chatter Free integrate with SharePoint?
. Does it integrate with Active Directory?
. Can it integrate wth Yammer?
. Can I invite external users (customers, providers, partners...) for free? If so, up to how many such users?
