Page Authorization required for German Users

Hi all,

 

Hope you are all well?

 

I have a public site with VF and a Apex class behind (no logic in required). The site works perfectly fine if it is used by users from any part of the world. But everytime the site is access by users from Germany and everytime they click on a button that calls for the class, the system shows "Authorization required message". 

 

I am a bit puzzled as the page works perfectly fine for everyone else. Please advise.

Hi,

 

First make sure  that the users from Germany have the all access in their profile as other users have. If it's not then i think you must contact to salesforce support team.

Hi 

 

Like I said all the public users with Guest License shares the same profile, same locale and there is no IP restriction.

 

Tried with the Salesforce support and they ask me to test it from German which I can't do as I am currently based in UK.

 

Has anyone experienced the similar issue in the past?
