Chatter Migration

We are in the process of migrating our all Chatter from a Trial org to our Production org. A Salesforce employee sent me a copy of "Chatter Data Import and Export" published December 2011.

 

I am trying to find a more up to date document as with each release the Chatter API is updated. I am using the Data Loader to guess which objects contain which Chatter records. I am hoping to find a definitive up to date guide.
