Migrating Chatter Feed to a New Org

Is it possible to move a chatter feed/chatter data into a new org?

I believe you want import Chatter data by exporting it from the source org and importing into the target org using the data loader. Also with Spring 11, you can even use the Salesforce data export utility to export, including FeedPosts, FeedComments and FeedTrackedChanges.
