UMPS / Chat widget - Embed?

Is this possible? I'd like to use the chat feature Chatter has on my own site. If I can embed the tab into my own app just as it is in chatter, without having to code all of it myself and use the api, that would be awesome.

 

Has anyone seen this done?

Checked with the team inhouse and got to know that currently it would not be possible to integrate the Chat Widget with a site.

 

But this sounds like a good use case and I would encourage you to post this on our Idea Exchange:
