How to create Permission Set for Force.com Site Guest User?

 

Which license type to be choosen for Guest User?

The user license for a Site Guest User is called "Guest". I can't see this license available for permission sets, but perhaps this might be something that Salesforce can activate for you?

 

This is something that should be considered for Winter '13 in my opinion.
