Can Community Users leverage the Salesforce1 Mobile app?

Can the Community User credentials be used to login via the Salesforce1 mobile app or is that only available to users who have the full Salesforce license?

Hi Joseph - currently, community and portal uses are not supported in Salesforce1. As far as I know, The target is Spring '14 #safeharbor.
