Can we create registration page using siteforce

Does siteforce has the ability to create simple forms ,if so how can we achieve that?

Yes you can create a registration page with Visual Force.

Siteforce currently does not have support for native forms. 

 

You could use external forms (such as web-to-lead) or iframe a Force.com SIte (visualforce page) using custom code.
