How to move all the docs from Lotus Notes to the Salesforce

Does anyone know how to move all the documents from the Lotus Notes to the Salesforce?

 

Custom want to move all the data, espeically the docs to the Salesforce.

I am not sure how to do this.

 

I surpose the Lotus Notes/Domino version is 7.5.

 

Any idea would be appreciated!
