hai
i need to display the contents of s-control in edit page,
anyone pls guide me.

Edit pages do not support adding or displaying scontrols. 

you would have to override the "new" button with your own scontrol and display the entire edit page from your scontrol, you must then perform the save and cancel functions from your scontrol.  This is possible usign the AJAX toolkit , but it's not an easy scontrol.
