Madhu,

You can go to the Help & Training within the system and view all of the help documents that Salesforce offers.  There are also books out that give you more information, Salesforce for Dummies and the Salesforce for Smarties.  I haven't used either of these so I can't comment on their content.  If you feel you need more knowledge then you would want to go to the CRMSuccess.com site and this Developer site to get more information.  If you have done all of these then there are training courses that Salesforce and Partners offer that will allow you to learn more indepth information.
