Kicking of VisualWorkflow Automatically or OnClick

Is there a way to kick of workflow automatically? or OnSave based on criterion on the record. Example:on Account object if the total value of opportunities ( Custom Field) is greater than 1 Million when when user saves the record the flow should kickoff ..

 

Flow will have further survey questions for the user.

 

I will appriciate your help.

Not currently. The only way of initiaing a flow is by someone launching a URL.

Support for launching flows "behind the scenes" like workflow action is on the roadmap. Please add it to the idea exchange and vote it up!
