I cant log in my force.com edition platform as a Platform Administrator

I have a force.com free edition account.But 2 days ago i lost my password.And i decided to reset my password.

I clicked the reset link and i log my security answer but the page isnt redirected to page where you create your new pass.

 

I have to say that ,before i lost my password i had changed my email address.

I thought my ip or my mac address is banned ,have any idea?

Hey there, what happens when you answer your security question? Where does it direct you, if not to the new password page?

 

How did you login before this if your IP address is banned? I'm not following exactly what has happened for you, so if you can be more explicit I can try to help you get access.
