Share Object for custom object

I am not able to see share object for my custom objects.

Am I missing any setting?

Am unable to understand what exactly you mean here by share object, as we can share the record of the object. Please let me know.

Share Object of a Custonm Object cannot be seen on the salesforce UI.

If you want to see the share object description, you  can use Ajax Tools app from AppExchange which will give all the list of Objects in the org.
