s-control to convert html to pdf

hey
does anyone know if you can convert html to pdf using an s-control.
im using print anything for the quotes app and want to be able to convert it pdf. also is it possible to send the pdf by email when its completed

I think your best option is to use a web service that converts HTML to PDF.  Google for such a web service on the web, call it from your S-Control via JavaScript, and display the PDF that it returns.

I would argue that your best option is to exit from the scontrol world and move to Visualforce.  You might start your investigation with the Quote2PDF sample.
