how to contact salesforce.com for territory management? please help me

2. click Contact Support
3. click Open a Case
input your request and send out, then Salesforce will contact you.

Territory Management is available only with Customizable Forecasts and not supported with the Winter ’12 release of Forecasts. If Territory Management is enabled, you can no longer use the Winter ’12 release of Forecasts.
