Creating an S-Control to add .bmp file to a sales contest dashboard

How do I create an S-control to add a .bmp file to act as a header to a sales contest page?

By header, do you mean all the way at the top, or do you mean under the tab area?

May I suggest you use a jpg or gif instead?  Most browsers don't support bmp, plus bmp files are very big.
