I am working on creating my first Launchpad for our Mobile app.  But it's a real pain to find the correct item to add from the list of Available items as they are not listed alphabetically and does not support type to search.

Is there an easier method that I have not discovered?

Thank you for your reply. However, I really don’t wanna talk to anybody in Support that knows less about the application than I do. I would rather talk to somebody in product management where I can share some feedback on how the UI could be improved.

Error message when trying to do my "Admin. Cert. Maintenance". When trying to access the "Mi Trailhead Playground 1" on the 2nd topic (Get Hands-on with Related Object Fields on Dynamic Forms).

I am trying to maintain my Salesforce Admin Certification.

This requires the completion of two chapters in Trailhead.

I passed the first chapter but when trying to complete the 2nd chapter (

Get Hands-on with Related Object Fields on Dynamic Forms)

I hit an error message. When clicking on the "LAUNCH" button to access the "Mi Trailhead Playground 1" I get following error message:

Please advise how to get this fixed. Thanks

    Hi Raju,

Salesforce introduced Revenue Life Cycle Management in Spring 24.

You can have 30 days trial org by registering :

    https://www.salesforce.com/form/signup/freetrial-elf-v2/?d=701ed000003k7IdAAI

To install Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) in a Salesforce production environment, ensure you have a valid RLM license and then navigate to the Setup menu to access the Feature Settings. RLM configuration elements, including apps like Product Catalog Management, will be available within the App Launcher.

We needed to stop a scheduled email (it was a reminder for an event that was canceled due to weather). One of our staff (who did not create the list email) try to unscheduled it, but received an error. It seems like only the user who created the list email was able to unschedule it.

I have been trying to look for documentation, but I can't seem to find how to allow a user (or all users) to unschedule another user's list email.

Thanks!

Hi, @Amit Ghundiyal Make sure that all Challenges from this topic are completed in the same Playground. Each subsequent Challenge builds on the previous one.

Hello Trailblazer Community!

Our institution is leaning fully into Omnistudio as our preferred first-party solution for developing complex user business process journeys. The biggest example of this is the admissions application in Education Cloud, which leverages this functionality beautifully! But there are other use cases for Omniscript, such as event registration forms, that we'd like to deploy on our public website using OmniOut. (trailhead module here).

For anyone who's seen this workflow, it is powerful, but labor intensive, to update OmniOut projects, in a multistep process that goes something like this:

  1. Develop your Omniscript as normal on platform.
  2. Create an OmniOut project in a local development environment with NodeJS.
  3. Download your Omniscript and move it into the directory structure of the OmniOut node project (changing some configuration/naming as you go depending on project-specific needs).
  4. Compile the project into a set of static JavaScript+HTML+CSS resources.
  5. Include that on your site, plus handle authentication using a connected app configuration in Salesforce.

Then, if you need to make even a small change to the omniscript, you have to go through all of at least steps 2-4 again...

So the question is: has anyone found a better way to do this? What would it take to automate the deployment of OmniOut projects so that, from the Omnistudio UI, I could assign an Omniscript to a particular OmniOut project, hit a button called "deploy", and have it generate the static resource collection? Or even better, do all of that, plus actually deliver the files to my CMS so that it updates on the website?

Is this a pipe dream, or has anyone found a way to speed up this development lifecycle? Thanks so much!

I created a Record Triggered Flow Orchestration and now I need to convert it to Auto-Launched. Flows usually allow you to "Save As", New Flow and then Advanced to change the Type of Flow.

Orchestration does not seem to allow that, is this correct or is their another way to convert it?
