How to Move Data from X_Hixtory into Activity History in SF

Hi,

I want to know is there is any possibility to remove the field X_History (from  Additional Information)and convert/copy that data into Activity History in saleforce.

Actually  some emails(events) are distributed between X_History and  Activity History .Here i want to have only one feild either X_History or Activity Histoy not both..

so i am looking for any way so that i can convert/copy X_HIstory data into Activity History or vice-versa..

Is X_History a standard object / field ?

If salesforce allows access to these fields then you should be able to do it.

Why don't you export some sample data and check if these objects's data is exported if it gets exported then there is every possibility that you can make changes as desired by you and import the tweaked data.
