jjuez create new case using S-Control
Dear all,
I am looking for a way to create a new case automatically every time the status of a solution changes from "Approved" to "Draft"
This new case should have a queue owner.
Anyone knows if this is possible?

Next better approach will be use outbound messaging.
The last approach will be to use S-controls (not so intuitive) - first take out he "Draft" value from picklist options and then create a new button which sets the status to "Draft" and creates a case. Adoption will be a challenge since user will, by intuition look at the pick list to set it to Draft, however they will need to click this button.
