Dude, When I try to create a record in an object calles Reporting, the error is coming : Record type is Unavailable. 

 

And about your solution, what should I do. Can you explain in the steps.

Go to User Profile > Record Type Settings >> look for the object Reporting. Edit record type setting to allow record type access.
