Access to reoports and dashboards

i have a system admin profile

i want to provide users with chatter license access to reports and dashboards.

can anyone brief me how can i achieve this?

Hi,

 

Depends on what type of Chatter Profile are you using. If you are trying with "Chatter Free"  users, These users can access standard Chatter people, profiles, groups, and files. They can't access any Salesforce objects or data.

or if you are trying with "Chatter Only", I think it would be possible to give access.
