Custom Tab & Custom Object

Is there a way to create custom tab and custom object via API using sforce 6.0?

What about using the API to hide/ unhide a Custom Tab that is already built?

Hi CVLG,

Nope, not at this time.  Both these kind of items are part of a "meta data" api that is under development. No timeframe as yet for release.
