trounger Regarding Creating a Managed package in sand box
Hi guys I am new to sales force
I am trying to create a managed package from my sandbox but its saying that its possible in your organization please try developer edition like that but I created lot of things in sandbox
can any tell how to create a managed package in sandbox

Hi,
You cannot create managed packages from a sandbox. Generally, sandbox organization is configured to create unmanaged packages only. Unmanaged packages are not upgradeable. You need to signup for Developer Edition to create a managed package.
You can migrate all you code from sandbox to developer edition using Force.com IDE or Migration tool. etc
