Shabs Opportunity Screen; Multilineitem.jsp page issue
Hello
I would like to know if the following is possible to achieve:
when i try to add a product to the opportunity, i am taken to a product selection page and then after selecting the porduct i am am taken to a page that is called MultiLineItem.jsp.
I am trying to figure out a way where we can add custom fields to this page. We want to see profit margin and base margin upon changing the sales price and qty of the product.
Can anybody help? Many thanks in advance.
Yes you can add custom fields to this page.
What you need to do is the following:
From Setup --> Customize --> Opportunity -->Opportunity Products--> Page Layouts
Drill into the page layout that you want to change the Multilineitem for (do not edit the page layout, view it)
When in view mode you will see buttons on the top of the page. Click the one called "Edit Multi-Line Layout". From here you can select the custom fields that you created to add to the page.
Is that still true with the new Layout Editor? I cannot find the button 'Edit Multi-Line Layout'.

I can find the "Edit Multiline Layout", but it only offers standard fields to display - no custom fields.
