Is ajax tol kit going to be deprecated along with s-sontrols?

We are using ajax toolkit in visualforce page(apex.js and connection.js). Kindly let me know whether this will also be deprecated along with the s-controls or not.

No, it will be retained and you can use it in VF pages with JS.
