Trouble with Action Plans installation - what to do?

This is most likely because you are working on a Professional Edition org.  This version that's posted is just for EE and above.  (That's what the EE, UE and DE in the title means.)  PE should be out shortly.  Sorry for the delay.  Thanks!

Any updates on the availability the PE version?

My current best estimate is 3-4 weeks.  Safe Harbor.  It is in the pipeline.
